Electrospindle repair and overhaul

Among all components installed on a CNC machining center, the electrospindle is the most subject to wear or accidental events that compromise its functioning. Belotti has always offered its customers an overhaul, repair, and after-sales service for electrospindles installed on machining centers.

To guarantee an increasingly rapid service aimed at minimizing machine downtime, Belotti has set up a new area inside the Innovation HUB in Modena dedicated exclusively to electrospindle repair. Here, thanks to specialized technicians and the use of specific equipment, a rigorous repair process is carried out that includes component disassembly, problem analysis, functionality restoration and three testing phases: stator/signal testing, balancing and final running-in.

B-Rapid

B-Rapid is the service that allows you to minimize machine downtime and lost productivity due to electrospindle failure and benefit from a significant economic advantage.
Unlike the traditional repair service, which requires sending the spindle to diagnose the failure and repair it according to the time required by the necessary interventions, the B-Rapid service offers the pickup of the used and failed electrospindle and its rapid replacement with an overhauled electrospindle, supplied at a further discounted rate.

The B-Rapid service is applicable to electrospindles only and can be requested after checking the availability in Belotti’s warehouse of a refurbished product of identical code.
