Alluminio Sammarinese, founded in 1981, is a company settled in the industrial zone of San Marino and specialized in the production and design of custom-made industrial profiles, in particular for the construction, automotive, electronic and furniture sectors. For the 5-axis machining of aluminum extrusions for the automotive industry, Alluminio Sammarinese needed to increase the production capacity through a new machining center equipped with double spindle and highly customized specifications. In May 2015 Belotti SpA delivered to the customer the FLA 5518 series with twin-shuttle automatic loading and unloading system. Both bridges are equipped with performance head, 20 kW electrospindle at 28.000 rpm and 20 positions tool change. This kind of equipment enables precise machining of the workpiece, and considerably increases the production to meet the needs of global markets competition.
