The NAVY Series 5-axis machining centers are designed to meet the most demanding production requirements of shipyards (yachting) and manufacturers of large models. The wide range of different models and accessories available makes it possible to meet every dimensional and technological requirement, offering advanced and customized configurations.
Description
The Belotti NAVY Series offers numerical control machining centers targeted to the peculiarities of shipyards and model makers. The flexibility of configurations in terms of dimensions allows the processing of both models and final/structural parts of a small and medium/large size boat: from cutting resin models to trimming hulls in fiberglass and other high-strength composite materials. With a single advanced, multifunctional cnc machining center, maximum flexibility is achieved, enabling any type of modelling and trimming operation on hulls, decks, and components indiscriminately.
The rigid, cartesian structure, equipped with a suspended bridge, is designed to offer a unique combination in terms of performance: reduced machining time, flexibility, high-quality surface finishes and durability.
Production capacity can be further increased with the installation of a second independent bridge for simultaneous machining on different parts or the same part.
Total enclosures, dust extraction grids, push and pull systems, and active/passive safety devices significantly enhance the safety of all Belotti machining centers, which have been selected by many renowned shipyards globally.

Accessories
5-axis single shoulder head up to 42 kW
Single-shoulder head enabling three-dimensional tilting and orientation of the tool. Equipped with servo motors with gearboxes and a direct measuring system, it ensures dynamic and precise machining. The head is equipped with a rotary axis clamping system that enables greater machining rigidity.
Dust extraction grids + suction hood + total enclosure
The machining center is equipped with dust suction grids that can be connected to an extraction system via rear manifolds.
The suction hood, with electronic or pneumatic control, removes dust during 5-axis machining, while the total enclosure, made of steel to fit sound-absorbing panels, ensures compliance with regulations regarding noise and a clean and safe working environment.
Push and pull system
Suction system of different flow rates depending on the volume of the machine, characterized by suction inlets on one side of the enclosure and filtered air reintegration inlets on the opposite side.
This system, which is particularly suitable for very dusty environments, ensures greater cleanliness and safety due to more effective extraction of dust generated by processing and the flow of air created inside the booth.
Telescopic Z axis
Retractable telescopic Z system for machining centers with Z axis greater than 4,500mm. It is possible to size the machine height according to the height (even reduced) of the plant, enabling large workpieces to be processed regardless.
Double bridge
The second independent bridge is the ideal solution to increase the cnc center productivity and flexibility.
It can be equipped with the same spindle as the first head or with a different one.
