In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 24/2023, which implements the European Whistleblowing Directive (2019/1937), Belotti S.p.A. has activated a portal for the submission, collecting and management of reports, adopting all the necessary measures to guarantee the confidentiality of all the subjects involved.

Registration on the portal and reporting can take place anonymously or confidentially.
Regardless of the type of user profile that you decide to create, the portal will enable you to send reports, monitor their status and receive feedback from those in charge of their management.
If you decide to proceed with an anonymous profile, please remember to save your Username and Password in a safe place, as they will only be known to the user and be required to consult the procedures.
