On the occasion of the thirteenth edition of PMI Day, the national day of Small and Medium Enterprises, we had the pleasure to welcome students from 3F secondary school class of „Rita Levi Montalcini“ Institute of Suisio at our headquarters.
The theme of this edition, organized by Confindustria Bergamo – Small Industry Committee – in collaboration with local companies, was dedicated to „the beauty of Italian know-how“ as a distinctive factor of industries that have been able to meet the challenges of their sector and, with creativity, passion, vision and expertise, they have developed worldwide appreciated innovative products and solutions.
The visit was an opportunity to introduce students to our company which, for more than forty years, has been operating with a constant drive towards improvement to offer cnc machining centers and automated systems to shape and produce our customers‘ projects.
During the visit the students, accompanied by their teachers, listened to the stories of some of our collaborators with different work experiences and educational backgrounds, with the aim of showing them the validity of each path undertaken and the wide range of opportunities offered by the labour market. The morning ended with a company tour that involved all the company departments: from the offices, to the warehouses, to the production area up to the inspection of our machinery in operation at the showroom.
The balance of the event was more than positive: the students showed interest, participating in an active and responsible way, and we would like to wish them all the best for the future.
We thank the school Institute, the teachers and Confindustria Bergamo in the person of Dr. Massimo Bellani, who attended and introduced the initiative, for their participation.
